Honesty and integrity remain essential to the way we strive to conduct our business, and we expect all staff to maintain the high standards laid out in our Staff Handbook. However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong from time to time, or of unknowingly harboring illegal or unethical conduct. To prevent such situations from occurring, and to address them if they do, we must maintain a culture of openness and accountability. A trusted SpeakUp process is a key element in preserving this culture within our companies.

The Group uses the services of “Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous” as an independent external service provider to administer the Whistleblowing hotline on behalf of the Group
